Terms of Service

1. The service

BarcodeQRHub provides browser-based QR code and barcode generation, a code scanner, bulk generation, templates, and — for account holders — saved codes, dynamic short links and scan analytics. Static generation and downloads are free and require no account.

2. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individuals or a single organisation; do not share credentials. You must be at least 16 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BarcodeQRHub to:

• encode or link to malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent payment requests;
• distribute illegal content, or content that infringes another person's rights;
• impersonate another person or organisation;
• circumvent plan limits, scrape the service, or attack our infrastructure.

Dynamic links that breach these rules may be disabled without notice. Repeated or serious breaches may result in account termination.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the data you encode, logos you upload and codes you generate. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, render and — for dynamic links — resolve them. You are responsible for holding the rights to any logo or brand asset you upload.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

Free features are provided at no cost. Online checkout is not live yet: paid plans are arranged manually and we confirm price and billing period by email before any charge is taken. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Availability and dynamic links

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Static codes you download are yours permanently and work without us. Dynamic codes depend on our redirect service; if your account is deleted or a link expires, that code stops resolving. Print dynamic codes only where you can accept that risk.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Always test a printed code before mass production — heavy customization can reduce scan reliability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from account settings.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under mandatory local law.
