- 1. Choose QR or barcode and, for barcodes, the symbology you need such as CODE128, EAN-13 or UPC-A.
- 2. Paste your list or upload a CSV with one row per code in the form
value,filename. - 3. Fix any flagged rows. Every row is validated before a single image is drawn, so nothing is silently skipped.
- 4. Download the ZIP of named PNG files, ready for labels, catalogues or a print shop.

- How many codes can I generate at once?
- Free accounts generate up to 100 rows per batch, Pro up to 2,000 and Business up to 10,000. Each batch downloads as a single ZIP file.
- What file format should I upload?
- A plain CSV or text file with one row per code, written as value,filename. PDFs and other binary files are rejected before anything is generated.
- What happens if a row is invalid?
- Nothing is generated. You get a numbered list of the problem rows with the reason, and can remove them in one click before building the ZIP.
- Are my rows stored anywhere?
- No. Rows are validated and every image is rendered inside your browser, so your data is never saved on our servers.
